Penny Leckie, FCPA, TEP, FEA

Penny founded the P. Leckie Professional Corporation in 2004 to provide successful individuals with tax and business solutions that would maximize their overall wealth while minimizing tax exposure.

Penny Leckie became a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1998. She has completed the CICA Wealth Preservation Course, the CICA International Tax Course, the CICA In-Depth Tax Course, and the CICA Corporate Reorganization Course.

Penny's experience and skills allows her to serve on the Boards and Committees of community groups like Parks Foundation Calgary, the Calgary South Rotary Club, and Heritage Park. As former director on the Board of the YWCA, Penny provided advice regarding the structuring of legacy gifts and the establishment of an endowment fund. As past Treasurer for the High River Historical Preservation Society, Penny developed a strategy to issue interest bearing bonds secured by a mortgage on the land to raise funds to purchase and protect a historic landmark.

As Chair of the sponsorship committee for the 2011 Men's Provincial Curling Playdowns in High River, Penny and volunteers secured the funding required to ensure the event was a large financial success.

Penny Leckie knows that strong personal relationships are the key to providing the very best in monetary solutions. She is dedicated to helping her clients build a solid financial strategy that will endure a variety of challenges.

Penny has presented to numerous tax and estate planning conferences. Audiences appreciate the experience she shares.

In addition to her role as a tax advisor, Penny is a trustee/executor to a number of estates and trusts, and is a Director on the board of Alliance Trust Company. Penny enjoys these roles and hopes these roles will increase in the future.
